In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms applicable to a confirmed reservation, the booking terms willgovern matters relating to that reservation.

When you check availability, request a quote, make an inquiry or complete a reservation, information you provide may be transmitted to and processed by OwnerRez in order to administer your reservation.

Payment information may be processed by OwnerRez and/or our third-party payment processor. Catskill Mountain House^® does not directly store your complete payment card details.

OwnerRez’s handling of information is also subject to its own privacy practices.
